Message summary & scripture references

If you are a married entrepreneur, there are two main things you should do consistently to be happy. First, implement your calling, and second, please your spouse. Doing these two things consistently will bring excitement and happiness to your life. Listen to today’s word training to dig deeper into this concept so your life can be full of joyous days, not sad ones.

John 4:34 KJV

[34] Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.

1 Corinthians 7:32-34 AMP

[32] But I want you to be free from concern. The unmarried man is concerned about the things of the Lord, how he may please the Lord;
[33] but the married man is concerned about worldly things, how he may please his wife,
[34] and his interests are divided. The unmarried woman or the virgin is concerned about the matters of the Lord, how to be holy and set apart both in body and in spirit; but a married woman is concerned about worldly things, how she may please her husband.

Matthew 22:36-40 GW

[36] “Teacher, which commandment is the greatest in Moses’ Teachings?”
[37] Jesus answered him, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
[38] This is the greatest and most important commandment.
[39] The second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’
[40] All of Moses’ Teachings and the Prophets depend on these two commandments.”

1 John 5:3 KJV

[3] For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

Hebrews 12:1 KJV

[1] Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

1 Corinthians 7:33-34 KJV

[33] But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife.
[34] There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.

Ephesians 5:33 GW

[33] But every husband must love his wife as he loves himself, and wives should respect their husbands.

1 Peter 3:7 KJV

[7] Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

Ephesians 5:25 KJV

[25] Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

1 Peter 3:1-6 AMP

[1] In the same way, you wives, be submissive to your own husbands [subordinate, not as inferior, but out of respect for the responsibilities entrusted to husbands and their accountability to God, and so partnering with them] so that even if some do not obey the word [of God], they may be won over [to Christ] without discussion by the godly lives of their wives,
[2] when they see your modest and respectful behavior [together with your devotion and appreciation-love your husband, encourage him, and enjoy him as a blessing from God].
[3] Your adornment must not be merely external-with interweaving and elaborate knotting of the hair, and wearing gold jewelry, or [being superficially preoccupied with] dressing in expensive clothes;
[4] but let it be [the inner beauty of] the hidden person of the heart, with the imperishable quality and unfading charm of a gentle and peaceful spirit, [one that is calm and self-controlled, not overanxious, but serene and spiritually mature] which is very precious in the sight of God.
[5] For in this way in former times the holy women, who hoped in God, used to adorn themselves, being submissive to their own husbands and adapting themselves to them;
[6] just as Sarah obeyed Abraham [following him and having regard for him as head of their house], calling him lord. And you have become her daughters if you do what is right without being frightened by any fear [that is, being respectful toward your husband but not giving in to intimidation, nor allowing yourself to be led into sin, nor to be harmed].
