Message summary & scripture references

Today’s message is a little bit different. Instead of teaching a message, I am sharing with you how I study and teach the Bible. I believe it is important to understand the perspective of those who teach you the Word so you can better receive what you are hearing. Take a listen and discover my process of teaching/studying and my perspective on the Word of God.

James 3:1 KJV

[1] My brethren, be not many masters [teachers], knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV

[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
[17] That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Romans 14:5 NLT

[5] In the same way, some think one day is more holy than another day, while others think every day is alike. You should each be fully convinced that whichever day you choose is acceptable.

2 Timothy 2:15 KJV

[15] Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
