There are various reasons that cause a lack of results in our callings. Some reasons are within our control, while others are not. A reason in our control is our growth. Not physical growth, but personal growth. You see, the person you are today has to grow into the person you need to be for tomorrow’s success. The next level of success in your calling requires you to become a new person.
